How to Get Pogranichnik in Arknights Endfield?

Who is Pogranichnik in Arknights Endfield?

Pogranichnik is a Rhodes Island operator assigned to Endfield Industries where he serves as a military consultant under the framework agreement between the two companies. With deep knowledge of military theory and hard-won experience in team combat, Pogranichnik leads his unit through even the most unexpected crises.

Once commander of the Shieldguard Banner in the Order of Steel Oath, he and his troops came to be regarded as among the most reliable on the front lines against the Aggeloi. But as the situation on Talos-II grew increasingly complex, he joined Endfield Industries without hesitation. He firmly believes that the Endministrator will lead Talos-II onto a new path, just as he once envisioned.

Pogranichnik Best Weapons in Arknights Endfield

Never Rest is Pogranichnik’s signature weapon and clearly the strongest choice. It has perfect passives for him and a very powerful effect that boosts both his damage and the whole team. If you have this, there is no better option.

Thermite Cutter is the best second option if you don’t have his signature weapon. It gives good stats and increases the team’s ATK whenever Pog generates SP, which happens often. This means the buff is active most of the time, helping both Pog and his teammates.

Eminent Repute gives Pog slightly higher personal damage, but it helps the team less than Thermite Cutter. It’s still a strong choice, and the difference is small, so there’s no need to switch if you already use one of them.

Pogranichnik Best Team Comps in Arknights Endfield

Pogranichnik functions as the engine that keeps Physical teams running smoothly by accelerating your team's ability rotations. While he doesn't apply Vulnerable stacks himself, he's designed to work alongside teammates who do, leveraging their Vulnerable applications and consumptions to generate SP rapidly for the entire team.

This SP generation helps everyone reach their next Battle Skill much faster, keeping your damage flowing consistently throughout fights.

How to Play Pogranichnik

Pogranichnik's gameplay revolves around consuming Vulnerable stacks to trigger his Combo Skill, which is his primary source of SP generation for the team. He relies on teammates to build up multiple Vulnerable stacks on enemies first, then he steps in to consume them and be one of the best SP batteries in the game.

The basic rotation works like this: let your teammates apply 2-4 Vulnerable stacks to an enemy, then use Pog's Battle Skill to consume those stacks and apply Breach. Consuming Vulnerable with his Battle Skill automatically triggers his Combo Skill, which performs multiple slashes based on how many stacks were consumed—more stacks mean more slashes, more damage, and significantly more SP recovery.

When Pog's Ultimate is nearly ready to use, change your approach slightly. Hold off on using his Battle Skill and Combo Skill until after you activate his Ultimate. His Ultimate summons 4 Shieldguards that charge inward, gathering all enemies together in one location while dealing damage and Stagger.

More importantly, it grants Pog 5 stacks of a buff called Steel Oath that lasts 30 seconds. Each time any teammate applies a Physical status effect (Breach, Crush, Lift, or Knock Down), one stack is consumed to summon a Shieldguard that attacks the enemy and recovers SP.

Here's the key trick: each individual slash from Pog's Combo Skill also consumes one Steel Oath stack and triggers a Shieldguard attack. This lets you quickly burn through the 5 stacks by using his Combo Skill during the Ultimate window. Once you're down to the final stack, the next Physical status triggers all 4 Shieldguards to perform a massive AoE slam that deals heavy damage, Stagger, and recovers a large burst of SP for the team. This Ultimate combo creates huge SP generation that fuels your entire team's rotation.

The important decision you'll face is whether to prioritize applying Breach with Pog's Battle Skill or save Vulnerable stacks for Crush instead. Breach applies a Physical damage taken debuff that amplifies all your team's Physical damage for its duration. However, applying Breach means consuming Vulnerable stacks that could have been used for Crush's immediate burst damage.

In most cases, keeping Breach active on priority targets is worth the trade-off since the damage amplification benefits your entire rotation, but this depends on your team composition and whether you need sustained damage amplification or burst damage windows.
