Who is Avywenna in Arknights Endfield?
Avywenna works as an Armed Messenger in the Special Logistics Module under Endfield Industries Specialist Tech Division. Before joining Endfield Industries, she worked at the Talos-II General Chamber of Commerce, but she realized that the city life filled with lies wasn't the right place for her. She wanted something different and more meaningful.
After leaving her job at TGCC, Avywenna ended up at a mail depot in the wild frontier. There, she decided to dedicate herself to helping the people living in the wilderness and making their lives better. Her kindness and talent caught someone's attention, and she received a recommendation letter that brought her to Endfield Industries.
Avywenna is friendly, confident, and someone you can trust. She knows how to handle different relationships in a professional way and gets along with people easily. When it comes to fighting, she has a special way of attacking enemies. She throws Thunderlances onto the battlefield using her combo skill and ultimate, then retrieves all the thrown lances at once with her battle skill to deal massive damage.

Avywenna Best Weapons in Arknights Endfield
JET is the best 6-star weapon for Avywenna, although it's not her signature weapon. It consistently boosts Arts damage from both Combo and Battle Skills, fits Avywenna’s playstyle perfectly, and delivers the highest damage by a large margin.
Cohesive Traction is actually Avywenna's signature weapon. This polearm has decent damage with stacking Electric boosts on Battle Skills. However, it only affects part of her kit and performs much worse than JET overall.
If you want a free-to-play option, then you can use the Aggeloslayer. This weapon provides basic stat and Attack boosts. However is is only recommended to use it until better weapons are obtained.
Avywenna Best Gear Set in Arknights Endfield
Bonekrusha is the ideal set for Avywenna because its 3-piece bonus gives a 5% all-attribute boost whenever she uses a Battle Skill, Combo Skill, or Ultimate, with each buff lasting 20 seconds and stacking separately.
Since Avywenna naturally cycles through all three skills as part of her normal gameplay, she almost always maintains all three buffs at once, resulting in a consistent 15% increase to all attributes. For absolute beginners still in early Chapter 1, AIC Heavy set keeps you alive but doesn't help your damage much.

If you have access to stronger Operators, the recommended upgrade path keeps Avywenna as your main DPS, supported by Perlica and Arclight for additional damage. Then, you can use Ardelia, who can provide your team with Physical and Arts Susceptibility debuffs. This will increase even more damage for the entire team.
If you are fighting multiple enemies, you can swap Ardelia with Gilberta. She excels in AoE damage and crowd control, helping clear enemy groups quickly while Avywenna focuses on high-priority targets.

How to Play Avywenna
Avywenna is an Operator who needs careful planning and timing rather than constant skill spam. Her strength comes from setting up Thunderlances over time and then triggering a high-damage burst once everything is in place. So you need to be patient to control her rotation. It's very important.
In practice, you start by applying Electric Infliction with Perlica, then repeatedly use Avywenna’s Combo Skill to place multiple Thunderlances on the field. After building up a large stack, you use her Ultimate to add a stronger Thunderlance EX, then activate her Battle Skill to recall all lances at once for heavy damage. Once the burst is complete, you begin setting up again for the next cycle.
Also a tip for you, when you pull Thunderlances with your Battle Skill, they will all travel back toward Avywenna's current position. This means everything between the lances and Avywenna gets hit. Try to position yourself so that enemies are between you and where you threw the lances. This maximizes how many times each enemy gets hit as multiple lances pass through them on their way back to you.
