How to Get Free Characters in Arknights Endfield
Free characters in Arknights: Endfield come from several different sources:
- Default characters: Given automatically when you start the game
- Pre-registration rewards: Characters sent to players who pre-registered before launch
- Login events: Characters earned by logging in for consecutive days
- Story progression: Characters obtained by completing main story chapters (more will be added as you progress)
Like most gacha games, Arknights: Endfield will likely add more free characters through story progression as you complete main missions and chapters. We'll update this guide whenever new free characters become available.

Endministrator (6-Star)
How to get: Endministrator is the protagonist of Arknights: Endfield and is available for free by default. You receive them automatically when you start the game. You can choose between the male or female version at the start, and switch between them every 24 hours using the Protocol Singularity in the Stasis Core on Dijiang.
Snowshine (5-Star)
- How to get: Snowshine is given for free to all players who pre-registered for Arknights: Endfield before the game launched. The reward is delivered via in-game mail after you unlock the Mail feature.
- Pre-registration milestone: This reward was unlocked when the game reached 30 million pre-registrations globally.
Ardelia (6-Star)
- How to get: Log in for a total of 14 days to acquire Ardelia along with a 6-Star weapon "Dreams of the Starry Beach" (Arts Unit) and other rewards.
- Event details: This is part of the Awakening Sign-in beginner event.
Additional Free Characters
Like most gacha games, Arknights: Endfield will likely provide additional free characters as you progress through the main story. These characters are typically unlocked by:
