To progress in Arknights Endfield, you need to upgrade your Operators to higher levels and combat power, and that’s where gear comes into play. Not only weapons, but gear is also important for enhancing your gameplay, thanks to the gear set bonuses you get by equipping pieces from the same set. Some sets boost offensive abilities, while others increase survivability or support power.
In this guide, you’ll find a complete list of all gear sets in Arknights Endfield so you can carefully plan your builds according to your playstyle.
What are Gear Sets in Arknights Endfield?

Gear is basically equipment that makes your Operators stronger. Each Operator can wear four pieces of gear: one Armor, one pair of Gloves, and two Kit pieces. These items give you extra defensive stats and other bonuses that help you survive tougher fights.
Wearing three pieces from the same set will grant you the gear set bonus.
You can craft gear in the Core AIC Area using blueprints, materials, and Decryption Crystals. The blueprints unlock as you increase your Authority Level, while Decryption Crystals drop from enemies you defeat.
As you play more, you'll want to upgrade to better gear.
- Raise Your Authority Level: You'll unlock new gear blueprints with every level up to level 39. These will max out at blue rarity, which is decent but not the best.
- Reach the Wuling Region: You'll find template crates scattered around the map that contain golden rarity gear blueprints. Just look for the markers on your map and grab them.
- Use Stock Redistribution: In Wuling, you can buy gear blueprints through the stock redistribution system. You'll need to upgrade this system a few times first, but it's worth it for access to more gear types.
