Snowshine is a Rhodes Island operator who has been assigned to work with Endfield Industries as a search and rescue specialist. This assignment happened through a framework agreement between Rhodes Island and Endfield Industries. She's an expert when it comes to polar regions and high-altitude areas, which makes her really valuable on Talos-II.

Thunderberge is a premium defensive option that adds strong shielding on top of her healing, making Snowshine excellent for survivability-focused teams. While Former Finery can be a healing-focused alternative which increases raw healing output. It's the best weapon to use when you want Snowshine to be a dedicated healer only.

Snowshine is a healer, so LYNX is the best healing set for her. The 3-piece effect grants a massive 20% HP Treatment Efficiency boost, which will also directly increase all her healing output.
When Snowshine heals an ally, that ally also takes 15% less damage from all sources for 10 seconds. If the heal goes over their max HP, the damage reduction increases to 30% instead. This makes Snowshine very strong defensively, since every heal also makes teammates harder to kill.

Estella's Combo Skill triggers when targets become Solidified. Since Snowshine can force Solidification with her Ultimate, she reliably enables Estella's rotation.

How to Play Snowshine
Snowshine is a reactive support who steps in when things go wrong rather than needing constant attention. Most of the time she stays in the background, and her value shows when enemies hit hard or your team needs protection.
Her healing comes from her Combo Skill, which automatically triggers when the active character drops below 60% HP, making it a built-in emergency heal that doesn’t need manual timing.
Her Battle Skill gives protection and can apply Cryo Infliction when enemies attack her, though this depends on enemy behavior and isn’t fully reliable. Her Ultimate can force Solidification on enemies in an area, which is very useful for Shatter teams and Cryo damage dealers, but it takes time to recharge.
