How to Increase Power Output in Arknights Endfield

When you start building more machines and facilities in your factory in Arknights Endfield, you'll quickly run into a problem - you don't have enough power. The game starts you off with 200 energy, which is fine at first, but won't be enough once your factory gets bigger. This guide explains how to get more power output in Arknights Endfield so your machines can keep working.

How to Unlock Thermal Banks

The way to get more power is by building Thermal Banks. These are basically generators that create electricity for your factory.

  • Step 1: Open your AIC Factory Plan menu (this is your research menu).
  • Step 2: Find the Power section and look for the Power I node.
  • Step 3: Research this node. Once you unlock it, you'll get one free Thermal Bank to try out, plus the ability to build more yourself.
  • Step 4: To build a Thermal Bank, you need 10 Origocrust and 10 Amethyst Part. Here's how to make these materials:
    • Origocrust - Put 1 Originium Ore into a Refining Unit to get 1 Origocrust
    • Amethyst Fiber - Put 1 Amethyst Ore into a Refining Unit to get 1 Amethyst Fiber
    • Amethyst Part - Put 1 Amethyst Fiber into a Fitting Unit to get 1 Amethyst Part

How Thermal Banks Work

Once you build a Thermal Bank, you need to feed it materials to generate power. You have three options:

MaterialPower Output
Originium Ore50 power
LC Valley Battery220 power
SC Valley Battery420 power

In the early game, just use Originium Ore. It's easy to find and 50 extra power is enough when you're starting out. Later on, when your factory is bigger and you need more power in less space, you can switch to batteries.

To increase power output in Arknights Endfield, build Thermal Banks by unlocking the Power I research node and crafting them with 10 Origocrust and 10 Amethyst Part. Feed your Thermal Banks with Originium Ore for 50 power each in the early game, or upgrade to LC Valley Batteries (220 power) and SC Valley Batteries (420 power) later when you need more electricity in limited space.
